Friday, March 23, 2007 -- Blood & Volume Pittsburgh book release party at moxieDaDa @ the firehouse. Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl declares March 23 "Dave Copeland Day" in Pittsburgh and close to 50 of the author's friends from Pittsburgh show up to help Copeland launch Blood & Volume.

Saturday, March 24, 2007 -- Dave Copeland speaks to readers and does a reading from Blood & Volume at Joseph-Beth Booksellers in Pittsburgh.
April 9 and 10, 2007 -- Dave Copeland signs books at Amherst Books and speaks with journalism students at the University of Massachusetts. Student reviews of Copeland's talk are overhwelmingly positive: "Copeland is the kind of person I truly respect. He has gone beyond judging Gonan’s actions based on his own view of morality and has come to understand what Gonan views of morality of life- his own belief of what is right or wrong through their personal relationship."
April 14, 2007 -- More than 30 readers turn out to hear Copeland speak about Blood & Volume at a "Meet The Author" event at the Barnes & Noble in the Bronx. Copeland had been in New York finishing filming for a documentary by filmmaker Noah Forrest.

April 26, 2007 -- Dave Copeland speaks to 75 members of the Melrose (Mass.) Rotary Club. In addition to fielding questions on Blood & Volume, Copeland discussed work on his follow up book.
